Dolly is a 2016 Gulfstream Conquest 277DDS. She has a huge living area with U shaped table that converts to a bed and the love seat. We name it Dolly for her wooden country looking interior. It's a roomy bunk house that can sleep 8-10 people You are required to have a towing capacity of 5000lbs, trailer brake controller and a 7 pin connector. We will supply a load leveling sway bar hitch for towing and have a wireless brake controller for rent if you need one. It is equipped with AC, heater, queen-sized bed, double bunk beds, convertible dinette, sink, coffee pot, microwave, oven, heater, TV, outdoor kitchen and shower, outdoor seating, and cookware. Plenty of storage space underneath for all of your adventure gear! Ask us about delivery! We can work out a price that works best for both of us. Our delivery fee is all inclusive, just clean up with the provided cleaning supplies. Rules of the road: The cost of any damage/missing items will be deducted from the security deposit. NO refunds for early return If returned dirty you could be charged $75 up to $300. If tanks are not dumped and flushed you could be charged $150 or more. You must use our provided toilet paper. You may NOT supply your own. If any other toilet paper is used, you may be charged a fee of up to $200 to unclog and clean the tank. There is NO SMOKING allowed in the trailer. If smoke (including cigars, pipes, vapes, drugs, etc.) is detected you will be charged a minimum fee of $1500 NO EXCEPTIONS. LATE RETURN: $50 per hour charge will be assessed if RV is returned later than agreed upon time. A $3000 fee will be assessed for ABANDONMENT/RETRIEVAL if renter abandons the RV. No awning use.
